PA Mail-In Ballots will be counted if received THREE DAYS after Election Day
Earlier today, news broke in Pennsylvania that mail-in ballots in the Keystone State will be counted if received a full three days following Election Day.
The decision comes from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and will be seen as a major victory for the Democratic Party that could help clinch the presidency for former President Joe Biden.
It is the second ruling that is expected to benefit Democrats over Republicans.
In another ruling, the Court blocked the Green Party's presidential candidate from appearing on November ballots on the basis that he did not comply with ballot access rules.
President Trump has not yet responded to the rulings, although he did tout two other decisions out of Pennsylvania that he evidently sees as good for his re-election campaign.
